What makes the best birthday gift for your partner? A Banff anniversary photographer session of course! These two hiked up a mountain near Canmore for their adventurous photos.

Traditional Polish Folk Dancing

Ang and Ted are both from the Podhale mountain region of Poland and fell in love over their passion for instruments and traditional highland dance in Toronto. They moved out west and always wanted to incorporate the Rockies into their love story somehow, so Ted got her the perfect birthday gift; a post-wedding hiking session with us! As Banff anniversary photographers we had so much fun capturing their traditional outfits and Polish folk dancing, as well as their adorable dog Arya. They even had energy left for crazy high jumps and twirls after all the hiking we did on the way up! Now that’s what we call an adventure session.

Ang is also the amazing videographer behind A-List Studio, and it was so refreshing to share advice and experiences on the way up.
