Golden Rules
Golden is special place for Mike and Tekarra. Mike is from New Zealand, and Tekarra grew up in Jasper, Alberta. Both met there, but it was their love of adventure and the outdoors that drew them together. They moved to Golden, British Columbia to work as raft guides and fell in love with the town. Being able to capture a little piece of this special place for them is one of the best parts of being Golden wedding photographers for us. As the town slogan says, Golden rules.
Catching Fall Colours in the Mountains
After running and jumping and dancing on a mountain, we headed lower in the valley of Golden to capture the autumn colours for their fall engagement photos. The sun was fully up now and warmed us all as we hung out in the trees. It’s always worth it to wake up early and catch sunrise in a place like British Columbia 😉
