Fall was in the air for Karlee & Tom’s wedding day at Heritage Park’s Wainwright Hotel, and we had all sorts of weather for this late September wedding in Calgary.
Calgary rustic wedding lovers will adore Heritage Park; this venue offers all sorts of wedding photography locations all within close walking distance. Karlee & Tom celebrated their love at an intimate wedding ceremony and reception in the Wainwright Hotel. This place is full of rustic wooden features and antique vibes.

Both the bride and groom got ready for their wedding at the Delta Hotel Calgary South. Since it had been raining all morning, we took advantage of the Delta’s grand staircase for the couple’s first look. I love first looks, because it gives the couple an opportunity to share an intimate moment together before the wedding ceremony.
After the first look, we headed to the Wainwright Hotel wedding ceremony at Heritage Park. The ceremony was full of smiles and love as Karlee and Tom tied the knot. Getting different photography locations at Heritage Park was easy, but catching sunset overlooking the water as the rain clouds cleared was icing on the cake.
During the reception, the bride and groom snuck out for night portraits. Taking some alone time during reception is always recommended for couples. Wedding days can be very busy and fly by fast, so taking time to soak it all in just the two of you make it even more memorable.
The rest of the night was spent partying away with friends and loved ones. Congratulations Karlee & Tom!
